The hospitality I experienced was remarkable. the staff was always ready with a smile, offering local tips and warm conversation. Plus, the peaceful courtyard was a beautiful retreat.

We rented three rooms, but only two had air conditioning, and when we requested a room change, they wanted to charge us. After expressing my frustration, they finally agreed to switch rooms, yet none of the air conditioners worked effectively — it was as if only fans were placed in the rooms. the gluten-free options were abysmal. not even basic bread was available, which was extremely disappointing for someone with dietary restrictions.

The breakfast spread was delightful and the nearby bus stop made getting to the city center a breeze. the friendly reception staff provided excellent local tips that enriched our visit.

The lounge areas are a cozy touch for relaxing, especially after a day exploring the city. Plus, the big garage for parking is a real lifesaver in this area, which can get tricky for cars.

The bed was a bit cramped for my tall frame, with no room to stretch my legs comfortably. The breakfast, while decent, felt like it could use a boost in variety—fresh veggies would be nice. Noise from outside sometimes seeped in, which was an annoyance during the night. Housekeeping seemed to have its off days. we found cleaning products left in the shower on one occasion, which wasn’t ideal. Lastly, I missed having a kettle in the room for that late-night cup of coffee. It’s definitely not a deal-breaker, but it would enhance the experience.

Comfortable with a few quirks

I stayed in a deluxe single room for 4 nights. The staff was super chill and helpful, and I loved the cozy lounge area for a drink. Just watch out for the shower. it wasn't cleaned well on one day. a solid spot!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the city center and shopping areas. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere with some nice lounge areas on the ground floor. My room was decent, not overly spacious, but it worked fine for a short stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the real espresso. The staff were kind and attentive. the housekeeping service fell short after the first night. the turndown wasn’t done properly the second time, and there were cleaning products left in my shower on return. This made the stay feel a bit off. I’d definitely consider coming back, but I hope they can address the consistency in housekeeping.

Had a great stay with friends! We visited Lake Geneva and the Olympic Museum, both just a short ride away. The hotel had a lovely garden, and the rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Location was great, near shops and public transport, which made exploring easy.
